The minister of state for transport and works Hon Musa Ecweru has launched the construction of another seed secondary school in Amuria.
The 3 billion Apeduru Seed secondary school will be constructed by B.P Construction company limited.
This follows the successful launch of the construction of Amolo Seed SS which the minister presided over yesterday.
The Two Seed schools will be constructed under the UGIFT programmes.
This now brings now five seed secondary schools in Amuria.
They include Wera Seed SS, Asamuk Seed SS, Morungatuny Seed SS, Amolo Seed SS and now Apeduru Seed SS.
While launching the construction of the school , Ecweru said the children in the area will not now trek long distances to access secondary education.
